I grew up on a grain farm in North Dakota as the youngest of six siblings. Being an active member of my community has always been my passion from church fellowship to 4-H. I enjoy reading, writing and love anything science fiction. I also enjoy antique cars and a good joke. I have lived in San Diego for over 20 years and I believe in surrounding myself with those who will push me to be better.

My passion is to be actively involved and support my community. A connected community is a strong community that understands and accepts each other for who they are as people. A few items below of which I am particularly proud are:

  • Cystic Fibrosis bike-a-thon, Multiple Sclerosis 50 Mile Walk, Project KidReady, GirlScouts, Amazing Strays, Red Dress Party

  • LGBTQ+ business owner and survivor since 2020

  • Selected to represent LGBTQ+ State Farm agent in national social media campaign

  • San Diego Equality Business Association Board Member (2018-2022)

  • Co-founder of Sobriety on the Sand (SOS) – not-for-profit benefiting the recovery community

My State Farm Insurance agency located at 3911 Fifth Avenue Ste 302 93103 proudly serves the central San Diego area including the areas of Hillcrest, North Park, University Heights, Mission Hills and downtown San Diego. We are conveniently located at the corner of University and 5th avenue across from the Hillcrest sign. We offer car insurance, life insurance, pet insurance, insurance if you are sick or injured and cannot work, professional liability insurance supplemental medical insurance, and many types of personal loans and business loans such as auto loans, line of credit loans and business equipment loans and so much more!
