"WORST service ever. Dorian was "assigned" to us thru State Farm several years ago after our agent retired. I wishi I could say that I have met him, but I have NEVER gotten access to him personally, although I have tried numerous times. His staff, while nice, has changed more times than I can count, so I never get the same "helper". When his office tried to cancel our scheduled appointment and they couldn't reach me, they never bothered to try and reach out to my husband, who was waiting for Dorian to show up. Super disappointed."

"Edit: Still 5 stars, total loss claims process was fair and straightforward. Getting insurance on my vehicles was an easy and straightforward process, and he made it painless. When I filled an online form for getting a quote for a different vehicle, he called me the next day for more information and sent the quote in less than an hour. Fast and responsive, and you don't have to pester them! Thanks!"

"It’s clear to us why this office has either five stars or one star. Unless you like giving money away for free, I strongly suggest not using this company. They are very friendly until you actually need them. The experiences that drive you to need to call your insurance agency are hard enough without dealing with poor internal communication, slow processing, and a company that blames their customers for their own mistakes. One example (of many), they canceled our home insurance instead of our car insurance by mistake & we were only notified when our mortgage company sent us a warning letter. We were uninsured without our knowledge for weeks. Please do your future stressed out selves a favor and get insurance anywhere else."

"Recently went to the agency to change beneficiaries on life policy. Chakeena Martin handles the life insurance and she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. One policy need additional info and Chakeena was most helpful in contacting the home office. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant transaction."

"I had my monthly bill change almost every month for the last few months of my time with this office. I actually sold a motorbike (rightfully so my bill decreased), but then the next month my bill DOUBLED. After several emails, phone calls, unreturned voicemails, lack of explanation once on the call...my monthly bill changed every month going up and down with no explanation. I still never received any refunds for the month it DOUBLED. I am writing this for purely displaying the lack of customer service and attention to care. Great people but lackluster execution on actually being there for me and other customers from what I have seen."

"Dorian and his team seem great when you first meet them. Once you actually have a claim or need their support, they're not helpful at all. I gave supporting documents to my claim, and instead of helping me, or telling me where to go with the documents, he let my claim close, and the defendant is coming after me instead of my insurance supporting me. Him and his team also failed to provide supporting documents and rational for my insurance increase, which could have been avoided when I asked for help. Instead I was dealt with workarounds and non helpful emails. When I asked yo cancel one of my plans, life insurance, because I already have life insurance with someone else, they told me I wasn't able to cancel because they don't trust my other plan even though I can't afford it because insurance was increased more than double with no notice. When I pay an insurance company, I expect them to make it as easy as possible for me and help me when I ask. Dorian and his team failed to do so. I do not recommend him or state farm."
